WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will happily accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email ORDERS@BODYZONEAPPAREL.COM with your order number.

•It can take up to 7 business days to issue your refund once your return is received
WHAT ISN'T ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
•Anything worn, altered, washed, or missing its original tags
•Bottoms and bodysuits that are not in their original, unopened packaging (for sanitary reasons)
If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items, you will not be refunded for them.
MY ORDER IS DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE. WHAT DO I DO?
If you've received your order and something's wrong, please reach out within 5 days.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, send an email to ORDERS@BODYZONEAPPAREL.COM with your order number and a picture attached and we will happily replace your item(s).
CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
We don't currently offer exchanges. However, you are free to return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving them (provided they abide to our return policy) and order a new size/item.

BodyZone Apparel may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

• TO PERSONALIZE USER EXPERIENCE - we may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
