We will happily accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email info@bodyzoneapparel.com with your order number.

•It can take up to 7 business days to issue your refund once your return is received

Items Ineligible for Return
•Anything worn, altered, washed, or missing its original tags

•Bottoms and bodysuits that are not in their original, unopened packaging (for sanitary reasons)

If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items, you will not be refunded for them.

Damaged/Defective Item(s)
If you've received your order and something's wrong, please reach out within 5 days.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, send an email to info@bodyzoneapparel.com with your order number and a picture attached and we will happily replace your item(s).

We don't currently offer exchanges. However, you are free to return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving them (provided they abide to our return policy) and order a new size/item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
